About the Speaker

Leila Mankarious

Leila Mankarious

Dr. Leila Mankarious earned her BS from University of California, Irvine and her MD from Yale University School of Medicine. She completed residencies in General Surgery and Otolaryngology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics before obtaining fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at The University of Iowa and the Hospital for Sick Children in London. She is board-certified in Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

In addition to her clinical and research responsibilities, Dr. Mankarious is actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows as an Associate Professor in the Department of Otology and Laryngology at Harvard Medical School.
