Under her leadership, the company has grown to more than 1,100 employees in seven office locations, gone through a successful IPO, and now offers a full suite of online marketing products for its more than half a million small business customers. Author of Engagement Marketing: How Small Business Succeeds in a Socially Connected World, Gail is a frequent speaker at national events, and sits on the Board of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and SCORE.
