Camille Preston, PhD, PCC is the founder and CEO of AIM Leadership and the author of Rewired: How to Work Smarter, Live Better, and Be Purposefully productive in an Overwired World. Camille is a psychologist, executive coach, writer, facilitator, and sought-after public speaker.
A forerunner in the field of Virtual Effectiveness, Camille specializes in training individuals, executives, teams, and organizations how to be effective, productive, and authentic in a virtual world. For more than twenty years, Camille has guided leaders, executives, policy makers, professionals, and individuals alike to new heights of leadership, performance, efficiency, and greater happiness and fulfillment. Camille co-leads the Massachusetts Healthcare Leadership College and she is an adjunct faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership and for the MIT Sloan Innovation Period.
Camille is an Angel Investor in Qwalify, Libboo, 1Mind, and Spartz. She is an inaugural member of the Boston class of the Pipeline Fellowship, a nonprofit that teaches women philanthropists to become angel investors. Camille is an advisor for Compass Partners, a nonprofit collegiate organization that helps develop responsible young entrepreneurs. She is a mentor for Women Innovate Mobile; Strong Women, Strong Girls; We are the XX; a curator of TEDxBeaconSt and a steering committee member of the 85Broads Power Circle.
Camille earned her undergraduate degree from Williams College and her master’s and doctorate in psychology from the University of Virginia. She received her executive coaching training from Georgetown University and advanced leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership. Camille is certified to administer every major assessment, as a PCC by the International Coaching Federation and as a neurostrategist by SRI. She is an avid runner, a lover of yoga, and an enthusiastic and adventurous traveler, having worked on five continents and traveled to 37 countries. She lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband and their son, Preston.
