Robert “Bobby” Sager is an American entrepreneur, philanthropist, author, and photographer, best known for founding the Sager Family Foundation, a charitable organization with his wife and kids promoting empowerment through a no handout approach, leveraging his skills as an entrepreneur, and inspiring change through hands-on, eyeball-to-eyeball philanthropy.
As an entrepreneur, Bobby was a driving force behind the spectacular growth of Gordon Brothers Group. Bobby joined Gordon Brothers in 1986 when it was a small Boston-based trading business. Today, Gordon Brothers is a global financial services business conducting over $10 billion of transactions annually, with 10 offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Bobby currently serves as Chairman of the Gordon Brothers Investment Committee as well as Chairman of the Board of Polaroid, which is one of Gordon Brothers’ investments.
